校友追踪调查(Tracer Study)
The tracer study of the Doctoral Program in Legal Science (PDIH) UNISSULA shows graduates who excel not only in strategic positions but also in national and international networks, and who contribute tangibly to creating employment across sectors.
100%
of alumni are employed and hold strategic positions
Measured across the four graduate profiles: law enforcement officer, state apparatus, academic, and community advocate.
Law enforcement
Alumni serve as Supreme Court justices, high court judges, chief judges of high and district courts; structural officials of the Attorney General’s Office (deputy attorneys general for intelligence, supervision, and civil and administrative affairs), heads of provincial and district prosecution offices, and heads of general crime, special crime, and civil divisions; as well as strategic officers at national police headquarters and at provincial, district, and sub-district level. In the advocacy and notarial professions, alumni lead professional bodies such as PERADI and INI/IPPAT.
Academia
Alumni serve as rectors, directors of graduate schools, deans, heads of study programmes, and professors at both public and private universities. Many take part in international collaborative research, publication in reputable journals, and global scholarly forums, strengthening the academic standing of PDIH within national and global higher-education networks.
Public service and government
Alumni contribute to public policy formulation, legislation, regulatory harmonisation, legal reform, and the strengthening of governance grounded in good governance and the values of justice — evidence of the policy impact graduates have within the Indonesian constitutional system.
Community advocacy and job creation
As leaders of courts, prosecution and police services, law and notarial offices, educational institutions, and public policy bodies, alumni recruit legal professionals, build law firms and consultancies, establish research centres and legal aid institutions, and develop legal education and training programmes. In the private sector they serve as commissioners, corporate legal counsel, mediators, arbitrators, and policy advisers.
Alumni Networks
National
National networks are built through collaboration with the Supreme Court, the Attorney General’s Office, national police headquarters, ministries and state agencies, regional governments, legal professional bodies, and universities across Indonesia — reinforced by joint research, visiting lectures, national and international seminars, and collaborative publication in reputable outlets.
International
Alumni and the institution are connected with universities and legal institutions in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia through academic collaboration, joint research, staff and student exchange, and participation in international conferences — broadening graduates’ exposure to transnational law, digital law, international human rights, and comparative law.
The tracer study shows that PDIH, Faculty of Law, UNISSULA produces not only graduates with full employability and strategic positions, but also legal leaders with broad national and international networks who contribute tangibly to job creation, institutional strengthening, and the transformation of the legal system.
