Prof. Dr. Arpangi, S.H., M.H. teaches in the Doctoral Program in Law (PDIH), Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA), Semarang (academic rank: Professor). Holds a bachelor's degree from Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (Ilmu Hukum), 1991; a master's degree from Universitas Airlangga (Ilmu Hukum), 2001; and a doctorate from Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (Ilmu Hukum), 2019. Status: permanent faculty member at UNISSULA; NIDN/NIDK 0611066805. Field of expertise: Hukum Ketenagakerjaan. Recent research projects include “Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan dalam Rangka Penegakan Hukum Ketenagakerjaan: Telaah Normatif terhadap Regulasi yang Berlaku” (2025) and “Tinjauan Hukum terhadap Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2017” (2024). Community service activities include “Upaya Pencegahan Terjadinya Kenakalan Remaja untuk Mempersiapkan Generasi Penerus Bangsa di Desa Kutowinangun” (2022).
