الأهداف

  1. Realizing new theories, concepts, or ideas in law by reconstructing legal science on the basis of Indonesia’s noble values and/or Islamic values, consistently and sustainably, in line with the nation’s pursuit of social justice and the welfare of all Indonesian people.
  2. Delivering Student Centered Learning (SCL) in doctoral legal education accountably, honestly, transparently, and fairly, producing graduates able to work as scholars and Islamic professionals at the national and international level.
  3. Producing doctoral graduates as a khaira ummah generation in law who are of noble character, resilient, and fully master legal theory, legal philosophy, and legal research methods through an interdisciplinary approach, master English and/or Arabic and information technology, and are ready to take on national and international leadership roles.
  4. Carrying out independent research to discover new theories, concepts, or ideas in law and publishing the results in reputable international journals, contributing to increased productivity, community welfare, or environmental quality.
  5. Carrying out community service based on research results that improves income, knowledge, production, positive behavior change, or environmental quality, as an effort to build social justice and welfare for all Indonesian people.
  6. Carrying out Tri Dharma cooperation with institutions and universities at home and abroad, in line with the vision, mission, objectives, and 2021–2031 strategic plan of the Doctoral Program in Law UNISSULA.
  7. Carrying out the reconstruction and development of legal science on the basis of Indonesia’s noble values and/or Islamic values, consistently and sustainably, in line with the nation’s pursuit of social justice and the welfare of all Indonesian people.
